His funeral service will be held at 11AM on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at Saint John’s Lutheran Church in Spencer with Pastor Rebekah Tarras officiating. Burial will follow in Saint John’s Cemetery in Riplinger with full military honors conducted by the Loyal American Legion Post 175. Family and friends are invited to gather on Friday at the church in Spencer from 4PM until 8PM and again on Saturday at the church from 9:30AM until time of service.
