Frank Joseph Hederer, 82, of Boise, Idaho formerly of Marshfield, passed away unexpectedly on July 20, 2016 at Ministry Saint Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield. A private family gathering will take place at a later date. Frank was born on August 24, 1933 to Joseph and Signe (Moen) Hederer in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Frank served his country in the United States Air Force from 1954 until his honorable discharge in 1958. On November 26, 1957 he was united in marriage to Golden “Sherry” Hansel in Meridian, ID. They celebrated 58 years of marriage in November. He was an auto mechanic for a time but his life’s passion was being a silversmith. Many trips were made to the countryside of Idaho, the gem state, looking for “rocks” to shape into beautiful jewelry. Frank also enjoyed bowling and fishing. He enjoyed his trip home to Wisconsin to reminisce with family at the reunion. He will be greatly missed. Frank is survived by his wife, Sherry of Boise, ID; his two children Scott (Agi) Hederer of Newport News, VA and Paul (Nina) Hederer of Basel, Switzerland; his seven siblings: Ray Hederer of Pasadena, CA, Richard (Joyce) Hederer of Marshfield, James Hederer of Torrance, CA, Joyce Bauer of Marshfield, Arlene (Jim) Zahradka of Marshfield, Ralph (Judy) Hederer of Spencer and David (Judy) Hederer of Spencer.
