Herman M. Miller, 87 of S1160 Krohn Rd. Marshfield, WI 54449 peacefully passed away November 9, 2016 at 10:36 PM, surrounded by his family after suffering a stroke a week prior.
He was born to Moses J. and Maude E. Miller in Elkhart County, IN on March 6, 1929, married to Anna Marie Yoder on December 6, 1951 who survives, along with three daughters: Rosetta (Gerald) Miller, Millersburg, IN; Linda (Paul) Schlabach, Bedford, PA; Joanne (LeRoy) Lehman, Goshen, IN; five sons: Paul (Barbara Petersheim) Miller, Cottage Grove, TN; Steve (Mary Ann Yoder) Miller, Crofton, KY; Herman Jr. (Mary Miller) Miller, Marshfield, WI; Larry (Miriam Yoder) Miller, Spencer, WI; Timothy (special needs) Cadott, WI. 42 grandchildren and 49 great-grandchildren. Three brothers: Olen (Katie Yoder) Miller, Georgia; John (Janalene Hershberger) Miller and Gilbert Lee (Mary Kathryn Barkman) Miller both of Indiana. He was preceded in death by his sister Linda Mae (Homer) Miller and two infant brothers. Herman and Anna Marie spent many enjoyable winters among friends in Sarasota, FL.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30AM on Sunday, November 13, 2016 at the home of Clarence Yoder, N7899 Hi-Line Road, Spencer, WI. The officiating Pastor will be Eli Miller. Family and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at the Yoder residence from 1PM until 4:30PM and from 6PM until 8PM then again on Sunday for the service time at 9:30AM.
