Obituary of Richard L. Hart

Richard Louis Hart, 81 of Neillsville, Wisconsin passed away of natural causes on Saturday, March 1, 2014 under comfort care at the House of The Dove in Marshfield.
In accordance with Mr. Hart’s wishes, a private memorial service will be held in the spring.
Richard was born December 8, 1932 in Chicago, Illinois the son of the late George Szaflaski and Elizabeth Wisiewski. He married Sherma Mildred Mitchell on December 26, 1951.
Richard worked as an automobile body repairman for 20 years in Neillsville and held multiple jobs until retirement. During his life with Sherma, they enjoyed driving to different states, dancing and singing, working in their garden, cooking and enjoying time with their family.
Surviors include his children Richard (Aeli) Hart of Baltimore, MA; George (Peggy) Hart, of Sparta, WI; Michael (Kathy) Hart of Neillsvile, WI.; Jo Kaczor of Neillsville, WI; Debbie (Kenny) Witt of Spartenburg, SC.; Beth (Dale) Mroz of Spencer, WI; 22 grandchildren and 47 great-grandchildren and one sister, Georgianna.
Richard was preceded in death by his wife, Sherma, with whom he shared 58 years of love and companionship. He was also preceded by his parents and his brothers George and Robert and sister Dorothy.
A special thank you to the staff at the House of the Dove in Marshfield for making Richards final days peaceful and as comfortable as possible.
