Douglas A. Tieman, Age 56, of Loyal, passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2016 at Ministry Saint Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield. At Doug’s request a private committal ceremony will take place at a later date. Douglas Allan Tieman was born on October 22, 1960 in Milwaukee to Jerome and Lois (Lusa) Tieman. He graduated from Shorewood High School in Milwaukee and earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Stevens Point. He was a long-term maintenance employee of Luther Manor in Milwaukee. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran church in Loyal. His hobbies included hunting and all kinds of outdoor activities. He enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers and the Wisconsin Badgers. Doug is survived by his parents: Jerome (Lois) Tieman of Loyal; his sister Denise (Jeff) Vick of Dallas, TX; his step-daughters: Stephanie (Andrew) Lawson and Heather Schrader both of Milwaukee; his nieces and nephews: Jacob, Joshua, Madeline Vick all of Dallas, TX; his aunts: Helene, Arlene, Joyce, Alice and Linda. He is further survived by his best friend Chris Trost of Milwaukee and numerous cousins other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents; his uncles Bill, Dick, Ronald and Bud; his aunt Shirley and beloved dog Moose.
