Ida L. Ramker, Age 67, of Colby passed away on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at The House of the Dove in Marshfield. A funeral service will be held at 11AM on Monday, March 10, 2014 at Peace Lutheran Church in the Town of Frankfort. Pastor Ron Tomlinson will officiate. Burial will follow in Peace Lutheran Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Monday at the church from 9AM until time of services. Ida was born August 14, 1946 in Bennington, Kansas the daughter of the late Gilbert and Catherine (Hall) Lamb. She graduated from high school in Solomon, Kansas. On May 16, 1979 she married Kenneth Ramker in Solomon, Kansas. He survives. Ida was a security guard in Chicago, Illinois a restaurant owner and an in home care giver. For those that knew her Ida was a hard worker and dedicated to the care of others. Her hobbies included bowling and camping. She is lovingly survived by her husband Kenneth Ramker of Colby, her children: Lesa (Ralph) Anderson of Orlando, FL. and Shawn Lloyd of Kronenwetter; her grandchildren: Jenna, Paige, Melissa, Jamie and Hayden; two great-grandchildren: Daniella and Matthew JR. She is further survived by two brothers: Donald (Rhonda) Lamb of Oklahoma and Tom Lamb of Solomon, KS.; a sister Patsy (Jim) Barlow of Kansas and two step-sisters: Wilma Jean Yeager of Kansas and Hazel Figler of California. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son Todd at birth and two sisters: Cora Faye Hough and Marge Shackfield. Arrangements are entrusted to Life Tributes Funeral Home in Spencer.
