Obituary of Shelby Allen Michael Decorah

Shelby Allen Michael Decorah of Spencer, was born July 26, 2011 and became an angel on the morning of September 11, 2011. A funeral service will be held at 6 PM on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at Life Tributes Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Spencer. The Rev. Daniel Zimmerman will preside. The visitation will be on Tuesday from 4PM until time of service at the funeral home. Shelby was born at Ministry St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield, the son of Kristopher and Jennifer (Knoff) Decorah. His smile and the way he giggled was enough to light up the room. Little Shelby will be forever in our hearts. He is survived by his parents, Kristopher and Jennifer Decorah and two sisters: Cecelia and Rosetta, all from Spencer; his paternal grandparents: Kelly and Donna Decorah, Marshfield; and Roy Stutzman, Spencer; his maternal grandmother, Sandy Knoff, Granton. He is further survived by his aunts and uncles: Connie and Scott Lokken, Marshfield; Carol and Tim Neumann, Hatley; Kelvin and Carmen Decorah, Neillsville; Cathy Decorah and Eric, Loyal; Keith and Erin Decorah, Neillsville; Lynn Knoff, Marshfield, and Annette Knoff, Stratford, along with other relatives and friends. Shelby was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Cecelia Manthe, and his uncle Kelly “Bucky” Decorah.
