Obituary of William Peter Larson
William P. “Bill” Larson
Age 77, of Pittsville, passed away Wednesday, September 5th, 2018 surrounded by his family at the Marshfield Medical Center.
Bill was born February 7, 1941 to Clarence and Pearl (Peaslee) Larson in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. He graduated from Maryheart High School in 1959. Bill began his lifetime career at the Nekoosa Paper Mill where he worked until retirement.
Bill is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Sally. Along with four children; Barb (Jay) Spindler, Rick (Carol) Larson, Lisa (Chris Burt) Larson, and Tim Larson, seven grandchildren; Nathaniel (Sarah), Matthew, and Aubriannah Larson, Will and Alison Spindler, Charlie and Aaron Burt. He is also survived by his brother Jim Larson and sisters Pat (Frank) Hanutke and Judy Regalia. He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters Joyce Asplin, Lou Kirby, and Jeanne Larson.
Bill enjoyed spending time at his cabin and hunting with his sons. He will be forever remembered for his Holiday fudge.
The family will have a celebration of life service at a later date.
