Travis I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your dad. My heart goes out to you, your mom, and the whole family. Your dad was such an amazing man. He definitely had his quirky side, but he was someone you could always count on. Travis, I just wanted to share with you how much joy you brought to your dad. He always spoke of you highly, and was so grateful that you came back to work with him. It was one of the highlights of his day. I doubt he ever mentioned to you, but he did share with me how much he enjoyed having the opportunity to work with YOU. He also spoke about your mom (Michele) who i never had the pleasure of meeting, and told me how he was going to get her her dream house, even though it meant working a few extra years. He was just very matter of fact about it. It was obvious to me that family was the most important thing in his life. Heaven gained an amazing man, who i promise will be looking over all of you every minute of everyday. Make sure to listen, and keep an eye out for your cardinals and your dragon flies as we all know that is how our loved ones follow us. Also, make sure to say good morning and good night so he knows you are ok. He will be listening, and he will do his best to send you signs that he heard you. I know I'm not considered a close family member, but I think about Dan everyday. He left a mark on my life, and I'm honored to have had the opportunity to know him. May God bless you all.
