Obituary of Senon Castillo
Senon Castillo, age 51, went home to Jesus on December 21, 2021 after a struggle with Covid-19.
A Prayer Service will be held at 11AM on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at the Fiesta Ballroom, 201 E. Spruce Street, Abbotsford, WI 54405. A visitation will be held following the prayer service until 2PM. Mr. Castillo will depart at 2PM for Abbotsford Public Cemetery where he will be laid to rest.
Senon was born on June 23, 1970 in Zacatecas, Mexico to Jose Vicente Castillo & Demetria Bonilla and was one of twelve siblings, five whom he has joined in heaven. He grew up surrounded by his large family. Senon was raised to be loving and caring, which lead to his great generosity.
Everyone who met Senon would say he was the ‘life of the party’! Dancing to his favorite song ‘Corazon de Texas’ and listening to Mexican music are a few gifts he leaves engraved in our memories. Senon brought joy to any atmosphere and had a special way of making everyone feel welcome—heaven has fun coming its way! Besides spending time with family and friends, Senon was a proud business owner of a Mexican grocery store and a car dealership in Abbotsford, WI.
Surviving members of Senon’s family include his parents, Vicente & Demetria; his partner, Brenda Herrera; his children, Ricardo Castillo, Eric (Abby) Castillo, Magaly (Luis) Vasquez, and JV Castillo; his siblings, Guillermina Castillo, Americo (Elena) Castillo, Magdalena, Ricardo (Isabel), and Maria Guadalupe Castillo (Raul); 3 grandchildren, Keith, Alexa, & Sophia. He was preceded in death by his three brothers, Gabino, Jose Vicente, and Guillermo Castillo, one sister Maria Agustina Castillo, along with her twin brother (un-named).
In Lieu of flowers, the family is accepting memorials in Senon’s name to help with his funeral expenses.

El servicio de oración será a las 11 a.m. el sábado día 8 de enero de 2022 en Fiesta Ballroom, 201 E. Spruce Street, Abbotsford, WI 54405. Se realizará un velorio después del servicio de oración hasta las 2 p.m. El Sr. Castillo partirá a las 2:00 p.m. hacia el cementerio público de Abbotsford, donde descansará.
Senon nació el 23 de junio de 1970 en Zacatecas, México. Hijo de Jose Vicente Castillo y Demetria Bonilla era uno de doce hermanos y se reúne con cinco de ellos que se han adelantado en su descanso eterno; Maria Agustina, Jesus, Gabino, Jose Vicente Jr. y Guillermo Castillo. El creció rodeado de una familia numerosa, tíos, tías y primos. Senon era una persona cariñosa, simpática, muy divertida y generosa incluso con aquellos que no conocía.
Todo aquel que conoció a Senon sabe que era el “alma de la fiesta!” Bailando al ritmo de su canción favorita “Corazon de Texas” y escuchando su entrañable música Mexicana son algunos de los recuerdos que nos deja grabados en nuestras mentes para siempre. Senon llenaba de alegría cualquier lugar que pisaba y tenía una forma especial que hacía que todos nos sintiéramos bienvenidos - Los Cielos están gozando con su llegada! Aparte de compartir tiempo con sus amigos y familia, Senon era dueño de dos negocios, una tienda de productos Mexicanos y un dealer de carros en Abbotsford, WI.
Parte dejando a sus desconsolados padres Chente y Tita; su pareja, Brenda Herrera; sus hijos, Ricardo Castillo, Eric (Abby) Castillo, Magaly (Luis) Vasquez, and JV Castillos; sus hermanos, Guillermina Castillo, Americo (Elena) Castillo, Magdalena Castillo, Ricardo (Isabel) Castillo, Micaela Castillo, Maria Guadalupe Castillo (Raul) y tres nietos Keith, Alexa y Sophia.
En lugar de flores, la familia está aceptando memoriales en nombre de Senon para ayudar con los gastos de su funeral.
