Obituary of Priscilla Ann Schill

Priscilla A. Schill, age 82, of Stevens Point, formerly Arpin, passed away on Friday, July 1, 2022, at River View Lodge Assisted Living in Stevens Point under the care of the staff at Compassus Hospice.

A committal service will be held at 8:30 AM on Friday, July 8, 2022, at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Auburndale.

Priscilla was born on April 14, 1940, in Minnesota, the daughter of Alvin and Ardyse (Green) Davids. She graduated from Appleton High School in Minnesota. She held many different positions in life working as a bartender, caretaker, janitor and housekeeper but was mostly tasked in book repair at Worzalla Publishing until her retirement. On May 27, 1995, she was united in marriage to Marvin “Sonny” Schill in Fargo, North Dakota. Sadly, he passed away on December 2, 2018. They were married for 25 years.

Her hobbies included crafting of all kinds and sorts, playing Bingo or trying her luck at the casino. She and Sonny loved to go fishing together making wonderful memories. She also liked to listen to Sonny’s polka band “The Fireman Five”.

Priscilla is survived by her son, Michael (Jamie) Fitzner of Citronelle, AL; her grandchildren, LeaAnn Diercks of Wisc., Amanda (Edwin) Berg of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisc., Samantha (Jacob) Langerud of Wisc. and Clayton, Kaylea, Ethan and Lillyana Fitzner of Citronelle, AL and her great-grandchildren, Hunter, Victoria, Kendra, Kierran, Keyanna, Kaylynn, Mason, Grayson, Ayden, Elayna, Joseph and coming soon, Summer along with many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Ardyse Davids; her husband, Marvin “Sonny” Schill; her daughter, LeAnn Fitzner; her brother, Alvin Davids, Jr and her sister, Roberta Christopherson.
