Obituary of Janis Jean Tapp

Janis J. “Tink” Tapp, 84, passed away Saturday, December 3, 2022 at Three Oaks Health Services, Marshfield.

Memorial Services will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, December 8, 2022 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Unity with Pastor Heather Brown officiating. Family and friends are invited to gather at the church from 10 AM until time of services. A private committal service will be held later.

Janis was born May 11, 1938, in Unity, the daughter of Hugh and Lorraine (DuVall) Seefeldt.

Janis is survived by her children, Debra (Ewald) Dale Bruesewitz and Douglas Ewald; her sisters, Dawn (Wescott) Kyle and Nadine “Pinky” (Seefeldt) DuBois; her brother, David Wescott and her sister-in-law, Jan (Seefeldt) Gonzales. She is also survived by two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She is predeceased by her parents; brother, Jerry “Butch” Seefeldt (1970) and her twin sister, Janet “Ty” (Seefeldt) Kaiser (2022).
