Obituary of Richard J. Wilson

Richard J. Wilson, of Marshfield, WI passed away December 5 at the age of 62. Rick is survived by his son Eric Wilson (Kelly) of Hewitt, his daughter Sara Foemmel (Jason) of Marshfield, his former wife, Char Wilson of Hewitt, a sister Sue Hareng (Dan) of Franklin, WI, a brother Mark Wilson of Marshfield. He is further survived by 4 grandchildren, a niece and a nephew. He is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. Rick was born on June 14, 1952 in Marshfield, WI to Richard C. and Shirley Wilson. He graduated from Columbus Catholic School and worked the majority of his life at Land O’ Lakes in Spencer. He was an avid sports fan and loved to watch his kids play sports in high school and college. His family will celebrate Rick's life with a private service to be held on Monday, December 15, 2014 "Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal." In lieu of flowers, memorials to Marshfield Tiger Hoops are being accepted by his family since Rick loved sports. Life Tributes Funeral Home and Cremation Service-Spencer is assisting the family.
