Mike, Jackie and Michelle,
No words can truly provide the comfort I wish for you, but please know that you are in our family's thoughts and prayers. Joanie was always so much fun! Yet, we were fortunate we got to know another side of her, and we will forever be grateful for the compassion, skill and humor with which she helped ease my mother Anne's passing. Absolutely an angel for us. I hope you find some peace in knowing how much help she provided to so many.

My heart breaks seeing this. Joanie was by far one of my favorite nursing students. She had such a great personality and was the guiding light to many of the other 1st semester nursing students. We definitely lost one of the best and she will deeply missed by so many. Keep smiling Joanie and may you watch over your loved ones during this very difficult time.
