To Lenore's family,
I'm sorry I don't have an address to send a proper sympathy card. We loved how you characterized your mother as kind, sweet and witty. You nailed it! She was an excellent teacher at Stratford Elementary and a wonderful neighbor to us on Drake Avenue. It was her family who established our neighborhood well over 100 years ago. A mother's love is something that will always remain in your hearts. May God surround you with loving arms while you keep beautiful memories during this sad time.
Our deepest sympathy.

I never had the pleasure of meeting this fine lady, however, I have had the honor of having her daughter Kris Kuypers as my nursing instructor and best friend for over 30 years. Her Mother was not only a wonderful teacher, friend, wife, but truly a loving Mother who taught her children well. It shows daily in the love and compassion Kris has for others. Thank you Mrs. Faulks.

My most sincere condolences to the family of Mrs. Faulks. She was also my first grade teacher. She was a wonderful and memorable teacher in my life. She was also a good friend and colleague of my Mother Helen Kratzer. I remember so many times we visited her and her family. Sometimes after church for Sunday lunch. She was a fun and loving person. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.

She was my first grade teacher at the little country school at March rapids, we had grades one to 8, a lot of good memories of that school and it still is standing there. I think she had everyone of my cousins, she was an amazing teacher. I remember most at christmas time when her husband would play santa claus. My thoughts and prayers are with her family, God Bess you all. You had an amazing Mother, and Grandmother.

Lenore was a wonderful person. She and my sister LaRae Hanneman were vey good friends.
When my sister was too sick to attend the birthday party for our mother, Lenore came to stay with her. She was a sweet lovely lady. She will be missed by many.

My Gram was so much to me. My memories of her are so many. From a little girl with her and seeing my black patent leather shoes against the bright linoleum in the kitchen at Christmas, to the smell of her home on those Holidays. To the long drive up her driveway thinking my Grandparents lived in the presidents house. I felt Home! The perfect white iron scrolled patio set with the perfect Red geraniums that sat on it! I’ve had one at my home for a while and it reminds me of her. To the smell of ammonia while she cleaned the big picture windows in the den on a ladder. To her in the garden. The gong of the grandfather clock in the living room, her allowing me to use her perfumed Avon hand cream. All memories of comfort and love. Grandpa taught me respect. I sassed Grama once and felt the sting of his big calloused farm hand on my mouth. She was a person that was proper and upright up to the end and deserved respect. . I loved my Grandma, she taught me so much about myself and helped build my Faith. Each time I would see her she would say to me wherever you are in this life find yourself content. She lived those words. For 20 yrs she missed my grandpa and wanted to be with him. She cried out for him and her Heavenly Father at the end and I know she is in their arms and that comforts me. Until we meet again Grama, I hope you knew just the impact and legacy you made in the lives of me and my children. You raised their Grama Jane and she has been missed. Your name and Janes live on in Nora Jane and I hope I am one oz the grandmother you were to my grandchildren, that you were to me! Until we meet again, you are with me! Love- your Oldest Granddaughter Michelle (Missy)

Lasting memory of Lenore and Cliff was at a STRATFORD DAYS Pancake breakfast many years ago and spending time talking about our days "on the farm." Always great neighbors on Rural Route 2. Sincere sympathy and condolences to Nancy, Kristin and Patty and the entire family. There is now another shining star looking down upon us. May she rest in peace.
